How much does a Shanghai tour guide cost?
Pricing depends on language, duration and group size. An English-speaking guide starts from about ¥300 (US$42) per day; other languages and in-depth tours are quoted individually. Chauffeur-guide packages are all-inclusive. Call +86 136 1196 3990 or message us on WeChat for a quote.
Are your guides licensed?
Yes. All guides hold official national tour-guide licenses and provide professional commentary in English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, German, Russian and Chinese.
Do museum tours need advance booking?
Yes. Shanghai Museum requires timed entry reservations. We recommend booking 2-3 days ahead — we can help with tickets and arrange a licensed docent.
How many people can join a City Walk?
Groups of 2-10 people. We offer guided walks on foot or with a private car. Popular routes: the Bund, Wukang Road, the French Concession and Suzhou Creek.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We provide pick-up and drop-off at Pudong and Hongqiao airports, and can connect your transfer to a day trip or multi-day itinerary — arrive and start exploring the same day.
Can I rent a car without a guide?
Yes. Choose driver-only hire or an all-inclusive driver-guide package. Fleet options include the Tesla Model Y, Voyah Dreamer, BYD Han EV and Toyota Coaster.
